Spotify is one of the most popular music streaming services on all platforms, and the company knows that it always needs to stay up to date with the latest features added on the devices where it’s available.
In the last week the app doesn't show the current song I am playing, it gets stuck on a song I was previously listening to. Also doesn't update the track info when I connect via bluetooth in my car. On top of this, the app in the notification tray disappears, forcing me to reopen the app from my home screen. My new address will not update in my profile. I'm getting a message that says 'wrong password' even though I can successfuly login to Spotify with my current password. Very frustrating considering this is such an easy task for most websites.

The software update that Spotify released today for iOS app finally brings widget support, so users can enable them on their devices after installing the latest version.
Available today for everybody
There are two widgets that come with the app, and both of them are supposed to show the Recently Played song on the iPhone home screen. There are two sizes, namely small and wide, and the widget seems to change its background color based on the artwork that shows up in the displayed song.
Spotify originally released the widget support as part of a beta shipped to testers in TestFlight last week, so the company moved pretty fast to bring the new feature to everybody. Mac os logitech webcam software.
But just like before, it’s important to keep in mind that iOS 14 widgets aren’t interactive, which means that you can’t control the music playback or things like that. Apple limits widgets to static information without support for dynamic options to let users control the apps themselves.
